1. All funds required for closing must be wired to Russell Law Group
Trust Account or, upon approval, may be paid by certified funds;
2. Government issued ID; and
3. Any other items required by your lender or instructed
to bring by your Russell Law Group paralegal.
PLEASE NOTE: If married, both spouses are required to attend closing.
